You Will: • Conduct the first interview and schedule the second interview with department Senior. • Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent. • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right candidates for the job. • Develop relationships with colleges and prospective talent. • Review resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance. • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees and assist with the orientation process. • Conduct and train new teammates on our on-boarding and recruiting processes. • Be the main point of contact for new teammates. • Update Teammate Bios; create profiles for new Teammates and update profiles for existing Teammates. • Create and distribute the company newsletter. • Handle Employment Verification and Letters of Recommendation. • Process departures. • Attend team and senior meetings as needed. Timeline: -10 hours a week for 20 weeks, totaling 200 hours per internship. YOU WILL: •Be able to determine and define project scopes as well as objectives to create a detailed project plan and allocate available project resources. •Learn how to manage and oversee all aspects of DevOps projects especially monitoring their progress to make needed adjustments. •Be able to work closely with the DevOps team to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. •Learn how to use Click-Up to organize and update the completion status of project steps. •Be able to provide project updates to our Founder and Acting CEO, Super Julie Braun about strategy, adjustments, and progress. •Learn how to utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution. •Learn how to measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. •Learn how to close completed projects with appropriate documentation. •Gain experience using Project Management methodologies, specifically Agile & DevOps. •Attend team meetings and senior meetings as required. Primary Function of Position: We are seeking an action-oriented, positive, entrepreneurial person to help drive corporate strategic initiatives within the Systems, Vision, Digital, and Data team (SVDD). This individual will report to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations and work closely with the Director to organize, coordinate, and run cross-functional project teams on topics that vary from M&A integrations to defining new business models and internal governance to digital & data strategies.
