Product Design and Digital Marketing Role

Hi,

Choose Health is a digital health company working on the fore front of democratizing access to health information across the US. The Choose Health kit is an at home, diagnostic testing platform to enable users to track and improve a core panel of biomarkers linked to chronic disease and long term health.

We are looking to bring a couple of curious, motivated interns onto the team in both digital marketing and product management roles. A summary of both roles aggregated can be found below. The roles will report into our CMO.

Marketing Responsibilities;

• Website - Manage the Choose Health website www.choosehealth.io (Built on Webflow)
• Social Media -Oversee brand assets on social platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram)
• PPC & SEM - Manage and execute on all paid media channels including Facebook,
Reddit, and Google in partnership with existing agency partners.
• Affiliate Marketing - Launch and manage our affiliate marketing program.
• Customer Service - Manage all customer service claims to ensure high NPS score.
• Email Marketing - Manage our email CRM for all existing and new customers to improve
activation, reduce churn and increase LTV.
• Design - Work with designers to execute on all marketing and product design needs.
• Data Analytics - Use best in class tools such as Heap and Mixpanel to optimize our entire
marketing funnel focusing on improving the following KPIs (CPA, Retention, LTV etc)

Product Responsibilities;

• Product Management - Manage the engineering team. Including development sprints and
our development backlog (Pivotal Tracker)
• Lab Integrations - Manage the integrations with our existing lab partners to ensure data is
being transferred properly.
• Product Roadmap - Manage the product roadmap for the Choose Health app and web
personalization service.
• Product Design - Manage the design and UX of the Choose Health app and web app.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience;

• 1+ years working in a digital web or product management role.
• Experience in digital marketing or product mangement is a must.
• Experience in a D2C e-commerce business is a plus.
• Must thrive working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
