BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

As a part-time member of the FTD Solutions team, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for improving the FTD website, turning FTD successes into stories and developing marketing materials.

General job responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the COO and Consulting Information System Management (CIMS) lead to assist in defining the vision for the website, social media and marketing campaigns.

2. In collaboration with the COO, we will develop the fundamental story of the great things FTD does for our clients, source success stories from FTD project teams and develop those stories into web content.

3. Execute steps toward improving the website including content development, graphics and links to associated websites.

4. Develop marketing materials to clearly and attractively communicate the FTD offering and value proposition for a variety of project types.

5. Develop new processes to support the continuous development of marketing materials.

Qualifications

Completion of at least 3rd year in a Bachelors Marketing program
General knowledge of marketing fundamentals
Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
General knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photo Shop
Familiarity with web-based content management systems, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
