Inhale-Exhale is a newly founded organization (March 2019) created to increase mental health and well being awareness for teens, young adults and their families. In a world of chaos and uncertainty, these resources are needed now more than ever. Our mission and therefore our team is growing!

This Volunteer part time internship is a unique opportunity for a creative out of the box thinker. If you are someone passionate about family communication and connection and a commitment to creating a world that works in the area of mental health , joining our team is a perfect opportunity to make a difference.

Be a member of one of several teams: Zine (mini magazine published quarterly), Community Outreach and Events, and Fundraising/Membership . Contribute in ways that fulfill your personal, academic or career goals. Leadership roles available. Take on being a team leader and organizing your own team.

Accountabilities : Create and organize social media, create and update marketing campaigns and materials, customer service , attend networking and association events, grow brand, engage community sponsors and partners. Some office administrative duties. A desire to understand the beginning of a non-profit organization preferred including grant writing.

This position allows for flexible scheduling with the ability to work remotely from any location including international. 5-10 hours a week. More hours can be provided if desired or to meet an internship, stipend or grant requirement.
