Inhale-Exhale is a newly founded organization (March 2019) created to increase mental health and well being awareness for teens, young adults and their families. In a world of chaos and uncertainty, these resources are needed now more than ever. Our mission and therefore our team is growing!
This Volunteer part time internship is a unique opportunity for a Creative out of the box thinker. Must be someone passionate about family communication and connection and a commitment to creating a world that works in the area of mental health .
Practice your marketing savvy, create and organize a community outreach project from beginning to completion OR design and publish a quarterly Zine (mini magazine) . Check out Issue One here Leadership roles available. Take on being a Team Leader and organizing your own team.

Duties include but are not limited to: organize social media, create and update marketing campaigns and materials, customer service , attend networking and association events, grow brand, engage community sponsors and partners. Some office administrative duties. A desire to understand the beginning of a non-profit organization preferred including grant writing.
This position allows for flexible scheduling with the ability to work from office or remotely 10-20 hours a week. More hours can be provided if desired.
