Job Description

The Communications Internship is a part-time (30 hours/week) summer internship for students with an interest in Climate Communications, Online Engagement, and Writing/Media. Students will engage in media research, online communications, and article writing for CSCS’ website. The Communications Internship is based in Harrisonburg, VA, and can be done remotely, and includes an hourly wage for 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

- Current undergraduate student (or graduating this year)
- Passionate about climate issues
- Deeply engaged in creativity
- Desire to learn more about communication
- Active in sustainability on your campus or in your community
- Fascinated by how social media can make a difference
- Interested in the values espoused by the Anabaptist community (peace, sustainability, simple living, etc.)
