Job Description

Founded a century ago by Andrew Carnegie, the CCEIA aims to inspire and guide debate, as well as to educate the public on ethical choices in matters related to global affairs.

We are seeking to bring aboard a small cohort of researchers who are natural team players to creatively conceive projects from start to finish. These researchers will interact with senior staff on top of many other opportunities to network and build professional connections. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across the organization by conducting research for the president's office, undertaking program activities, or writing preliminary grant proposals.

Those chosen for this internship will spend about 15 hours a week committed to various research and engagement projects with steady coordination, collaboration, and feedback.

Development Assistant -
-Research foundation and individual prospective donor leads;
-Assist with the drafting of reports, proposals, and letters of inquiry;

Qualifications

- Current student or recent graduate
- Can attend virtual meetings and respond to correspondences in a timely manner
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Diplomatic
- Willing to give and receive constructive criticism
- Comfortable working with online platforms such as Office 365 (including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive)
- Prior non-profit experience preferred but not required
